Perfectly Located.

Nestled between picturesque Picton and beautiful Blenheim is the small village of Tuamarina and Woodside Bed and Breakfast. With plenty to do in all directions and in every season, Woodside is your gateway to “The Top of the South.” We are located just ten minutes from the Blenheim (Woodbourne) Airport and twenty minutes from the Interislander Ferry in Picton. And, with fragrant meadows, glorious sunlight, and luxuriously soft beds, it is a welcoming place to rest before the next day’s adventures.

Unique and Comfortable Rooms.

Woodside is a house with history. Built in 1877, our rooms have historic character. We offer two rooms for guests to choose from. The spacious Adelaide’s Barn houses a self-contained one-bedroom apartment complete with heated floors, a kitchenette, private courtyard, and ensuite bathroom with laundry facilities.

The Garden Room is attached to the main home. It features its own private entrance, spacious ensuite, sunroom, and verandah. All of our rooms are thoroughly cleaned between guests, contain comfortable bedding, and include breakfast offerings with specialties unique to the region.
